Description: This data is comprised of vector polygons which delineate areas of submersed or floating aquatic vegetation between 0-0.5m in height found in wetland locations. Spectral and spatial analysis was conducted on airborne hyperspectral and LiDAR data to generate this layer. Pilot program only containing 7 townships: Schaumburg 2023, Barrington 2024, Bloom 2024, Lake 2024, Palos 2024, Stickney 2025, & Thorton 2024.
